Our firm represented Magi Capital and Achi Capital in its sale of a 23.83% equity stake in ITH-KY (6962) to touch panel manufacturer TPK-KY (3673). The share transfer agreement was executed in November 2025. The total transaction value for the acquisition is approximately NT$5.8 billion, representing NT$49.5 per share. The entire transaction will be conducted offshore and settled in U.S. dollar, and the closing date is expected to be January 2026. Upon completion, TPK will become the largest shareholder of ITH-KY and the current chairman and CEO will continue their positions after the closing.
