We are pleased to announce that Ms. Jasmine Feng has been promoted to a partner of the firm, effective from July 1, 2026.   Ms. Feng is specializes in cross-border investments, dispute resolution and international arbitration, and brings extensive international practice experiences to the firm. She previously practiced in Taiwan at LCS, and over the past decade served as Deputy Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Singapore and a few leading international law firms in London, Hong Kong and Singapore, including WilmerHale, Debevoise & Plimpton and Jones Day.  Ms. Feng represented clients in complex international arbitration proceedings under the rules of the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, PCA, CIETAC, AAA and NAI, as well as in commercial litigation before the courts of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.   Ms. Feng is quadruple-qualified to practice in Taiwan, England & Wales, China and Hong Kong, and maintains close working relationship with foreign law firms and international enterprises.  As partner, Ms. Feng will continue to expand the firm's cross-border investments, dispute resolution and international arbitration practice, and provide our clients with integrated cross-border legal services.  We are confident that Ms. Feng will further strengthen the firm's international competitiveness and support the continued advancement of the global presence of our clients.
