LCS acted as the Taiwan legal counsel of Dynamic Electronics (the PRC subsidiary of Dynamic Holding, 3715-TW) in its China A-Share listing project in Shanghai Stock Exchange.  The IPO price is RMB17.08 per share.  This is the second time LCS successfully acted as the Taiwan legal counsel of the China subsidiary of a Taiwanese listing company.   Previously we represented Avary Holding (the subsidiary of Zhen Ding Tech Group, 5958-TW) in its SZA listing project in China.   Company Introduction   Dynamic Electronics is a professional PCB manufacturer and has developed into a corporation with the annual turnover over USD 507 million. The two production bases are located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province and Huangshi, Hubei Province. The total number of employees is about 4,000 people.  In PCB industry, Dynamic ranks top 8 automotive PCB maker and 41in the whole PCS areas.
