We represented seller in the equity sale of Posiflex Technology to Acer, which acquired a 29% stake, becoming the largest shareholder of Posiflex. The deal is valued at up to NT$3.448 billion. Acer’s strategic investment aims to deepen its AIoT presence and accelerate its B2B development. With Acer’s support, Posiflex will expand its Scenario-Defined Appliance (SDA) business model from North America into Europe and Asia. Under the SDA model, Posiflex and its subsidiaries oversee end-to-end solutions, including design, integration, supply chain, production, logistics, deployment, and maintenance — creating substantial global collaboration opportunities for embedded systems and O2O solutions.
