We represented the Taiwan Brewers Association in filing a petition for the imposition of anti-dumping duties and provisional measures on imported beers from China. In late April, the Ministry of Economic Affairs convened a preliminary trade remedy investigation and determined that there is reasonable evidence of substantial injury to domestic industry, marking a significant milestone.
