Annie Liao (Commercial Real Estate, Capital Markets, Investment, VC & Trust Planning) Annie Liao, senior partner, has over 20 years of legal practice experiences, is specialized in commercial real estate, investment, VC and trust planning, general corporate, and capital markets. She has advised on commercial property transactions valued over NT$30.69 billion and has supported international public companies in various strategic acquisitions in Taiwan.
