LCS, along with the other advisory teams, represented Taiwan Ministry of Transportation and Communications Freeway Bureau in the successful completion of the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) System Construction and Operation project.  After four years of planning and negotiation with FETC (Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection Co., Ltd.),  the re-execution of contract and the asset transfer of the ETC system was finally completed.  As Taiwan has no prior precedent for a large-scale BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) asset transfer of this nature, this landmark project requires a high level of legal expertise and creativity.
